AC Hall Measurement Micro Probe System

The AC Hall Measurement Micro Probe System (ACHS) combines Nextron’s compact probe platform with AC Hall measurement technology, providing an integrated platform for characterizing electrical transport properties. By applying an alternating magnetic field and lock-in amplifier-based phasesensitive detection, the ACHS enables sensitive detection of small Hall signals while reducing the effects of DC offset and background noise, making it particularly suitable for low-mobility or high-resistance materials. Combined with Nextron’s environmental control technology, the ACHS enables Hall measurements under a wide range of temperature, vacuum, and gas conditions.
